How do I place an order?
First time shopping with LADIES JEANS?
Shopping at LADIES JEANS is easy:
- Once you have found an item, choose your size, color and click on the “Add To Shopping Cart” button the product page
- Click the “Shopping Cart” link at the top of page to review the item in your shopping cart.
- Click on “Proceed To Checkout” to complete your order.

What exactly happens after ordering?
All that is left to do now is wait for your parcel to arrive at your doorstep.
On the side note, you will be receiving an Order Number and a confirmation email upon a successful transaction. You may also use the Order Number to track the process of your order on www.ladiesjeans.com.my
Why I am unable to add my selected item to my cart?
The item selected might have a limited stock quantity. If you unable to select the item to your chart, there are high chances that someone else already purchase and the product is now out of stock. Kindly refresh the page for the stock to be updated and you may try again.
Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?
An order confirmation with the order summary will be send to you via Email after you have placed your order with a successful transaction.

Can I change or cancel my order?
All our orders are carefully checked for defects before they are shipped to you. We do not stand responsible for the item
due to defects during the delivery process.Returnable and exchangeable are subject to torn items, permanent stain, broken zip, wrong delivered design, physical defect. What is Wishlist/Item Reservation?
Your saved shopping bag items will be kept for as long as the product is available.
However,these items are not placed on hold and someone else may purchase the item even if it is in your cart.
If that happens, you will be alerted at the cart page that the product is out of stock. To avoid this from happening, hurry – snap them up!

LADIES JEANS accepts all Visa and MasterCard, and is 3D Secure (Verified by Visa, and MasterCard Secure) enabled. All your credit card information is protected by means of industry – leading encryption standards.
Please note that additional charges may be incurred if you are using a NON-MALAYSIA issued card due to Foreign Exchange.
