• Eligibility
  To place an Order with LADIES JEANS you acknowledge that you are over eighteen
  (18) years of age, and you unconditionally agree and accept to be legally bound by
  these terms and conditions.

• Prohibitions
  You must not misuse this site in any way that are illegal such as hack into any aspect
  of the Service, corrupt data or infringe the rights of any other person’s propriety
  rights. Any illegal of this would constitute an offence under Section 233 of the
  Communications and Multimedia act 1998. LADIES JEANS reserves the right to
  suspend, discontinue or remove, your access to any or all of the websites at any
  time, without prior notice, for any reasons.

• Delivery
  All confirmed orders are delivered within 14 working days in Malaysia. Subject to processing
  at the respective handling and courier company for worldwide deliveries. Any products not
  available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible. We shall notify
  you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent
  permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages,
  charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

• Online Orders
  An order confirmation with the order summary will be send to you via Email after you have
  placed your order with a successful transaction.

• Material and Colour
  We cannot guarantee that you will receive the items exactly as you seen on online. The
  items may appear slightly different from what is shown online due to difference in lighting
  conditions.

• Web Content
  All content included on the website is the property of LADIES JEANS. All software used on
  this website is the property of LADIES JEANS. Any unauthorized use of content belonging to
  LADIES JEANS is strictly prohibited and LADIES JEANS reserves its rights on all relevant
  matters.

• Return and Refund Policy
  All our orders are carefully checked for defects before they are shipped to you. We do not
  stand responsible for the item due to defects during the delivery process. Returnable and
  exchangeable are subject to torn items, permanent stain, broken zip, wrong delivered
  design, physical defect. All exchanges or returns are subject to the final decision of the
